Griffen Bloshinsky

Griffen Bloshinsky is an Associate at Chepenik Trushin LLP. Mr. Bloshinsky, who focuses his practice in estate planning, business succession planning, wealth preservation and tax law, is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence.

Mr. Bloshinsky's academic journey is marked by excellence, graduating from the University of Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and subsequently achieving cum laude honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2023 with a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation.

During his time in law school, Mr. Bloshinsky served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing I and II and distinguished himself as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review. In addition, his passion for tax law and advocacy for underserved communities earned him the esteemed "CALI Excellence for the Future" book award for his outstanding performance in the University of Florida's Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he represented clients facing challenges with the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS").

Mr. Bloshinsky began working for Chepenik Trushin LLP as an Associate in 2024.

In his free time, Mr. Bloshinsky enjoys spending time with friends/family and playing sports, including soccer, tennis, pickleball, golf, and ultimate frisbee.
